The CHP Group Names Sarah L. Iams Controller (2011-09-13)

Beaverton, Oregon – September 13, 2011


The CHP Group (CHP) has announced that Sarah Iams has been named Controller by CEO, Michell Hay. “Sarah is exactly the person we need to fill the position of Controller at CHP. Her energy and attention to detail will serve CHP well in this time of transition and growth. She has a commitment to excellence that, coupled with her enthusiasm, makes an ideal addition to our team” said Hay.  “We are pleased to have Sarah’s experience as an audit senior manager at a large local CPA firm. We are excited to have her on board”.  

As Controller, Ms. Iams will have responsibility for finance, audit, compliance and human resources. 

Sarah Iams is a certified public accountant and a certified fraud examiner. She is involved in a number of professional organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. “Her involvement in these organizations demonstrates her commitment to excellence and brings a level of integrity that is in alignment with CHP’s values” stated Hay.

“I am excited about the opportunity to be part of an amazing management team that is passionate about the success of not only the company, but of all the stakeholders in the organization” said Iams.

Ms. Iams makes her home in the Portland area. In her personal time she enjoys golf and tennis and spending time with her husband and her two children.
